  • Francis Dzwieleski, O.D.

    Dr. Frank Dzwieleski has been practicing optometry in Honesdale since 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Science as well as a Doctorate degree of Optometry. Dr. Dzwieleski participates in the preceptor program from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry training fourth year interns in patient care in addition to his services as a consulting optometrist for USP Cannon. Dr. Dzwieleski offers a full range of optometric expertise including ocular disease assessment and treatment and contact lens fitting. He is a member of the American Optometric Assocation, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Dzwieleski is a past Master and Member of Honesdale Lodge #218 and past President and member of Wayne Pike Shrine Club. He resides in Beach Lake with his wife Megan and his children Frank Jr. and Hannah.

  • Bradley D. Sparks, O.D.

    Dr. Sparks was born and raised in Forest City and attended the University of Scranton where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  He continued his education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia where he completed multiple rotations in primary and specialty eye care.  In addition to his externships at The Eye Institute of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, Dr. Sparks received exemplary clinical training from the Veterans Health Administration in Charlotte, NC, and private practices in both Washington DC, and Scranton, PA.

    Dr. Sparks' clinical interests include specialty contact lens fittings, advanced dry eye disease management and glaucoma care. 

    When not in the office, Dr. Sparks enjoys the outdoors. Particularly golfing, hunting and ATV riding when its warm and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter months.

  • Matthew P. Corso, O.D.

    Dr. Matthew Corso is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he earned clinical honors in both pediatrics and low vision. Dr. Corso holds a fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry, and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

    Dr. Corso enjoys being involved in his local community, and is a past president of the Honesdale Area Jaycees as well as the Wayne-Pike Shrine Club. He is an active member of the Honesdale Lions Club, serves on the finance committee of Grace Episcopal Church, and also serves on an advisory council for Wayne Highlands School District. Dr. Corso also enjoys volunteering as a coach for the Honesdale Little League.

    Dr. Corso is a Major in the United States Air Force, and serves as Chief of Optometry Services for the 105th Medical Group, 105th Air Wing, New York Air National Guard. As an Airman, he has had the opportunity to participate in humanitarian missions, both within, and outside of the United States.

    Outside of the office, Dr. Corso enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two sons, Ethan and Dylan, and his wife Paige. He enjoys the outdoors and especially likes camping, hunting, and downhill skiing.

  • Donna Buraczewski, O.D.

    Dr. Buraczewski has been in practice since 1986 and has been providing the highest level of optometric care to the Carbondale and Hamlin areas.

    She recently joined the Precision Eye Group team in October of 2020.

    Dr. Donna was born and raised in NEPA and has served as the treasurer of the Carbondale Kiwanis Club and is a member of the Carbondale Area Chamber of Commerce. She has also served as past president of NEPOS and the POA in 2012.

    In 2007 and 2012, Dr. Buraczweski was the recipient of the NEPOS “Optometrist of the Year” award.

    When not working, both Dr. Donna and her husband Rich enjoy golfing and spending time in Hilton Head Island, SC.

  • James Tickner, M.A., O.D.

    Dr. Tickner has been practicing optometry at that location since 2008. He has earned a reputation as an excellent provider of vision care services and is known throughout the community for his thorough and personalized approach to care. Dr. Tickner will continue to see patients at the Lake Ariel office.

  • Andrea McKerrell, O.D.

    Dr. McKerrell is a graduate of The State University of New York at Cortland where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued her education at The New England College of Optometry in Boston where she completed internship training in pediatrics, low vision and ocular disease in clinics within the Boston area.

    Outside of the office Dr. McKerrell’s hobbies include skiing, reading, and traveling. She loves spending time with her family and is passionate about volunteering in her community. She is an active member of the Lumberland Lions Club. Dr. McKerrell performs routine eye examinations as well as contact lens fittings, ocular disease management and pediatric eye exams. Dr. McKerrell is a recent addition to Precision Eye Group in 2022 and looks forward to seeing patients primarily in the Dingmans Ferry and Lake Ariel locations.
